The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Hazel Gallagher can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Wells
Condolence: Dear Family,
I am sorry that I missed the visitation for Miss Hazel. She was such an encouragement for the folks at River Valley where both my Mom and my Dad spent time, Mom for four years. I appreciated Hazel's selfless commitment to making the residents' stays feel a bit more like home. She will be missed very much.
May God bless her memory and you in the coming days.

Condolence: I knew Hazel through St. Matthew Church. She was such a sweet, gentle soul. She was a good friend to many. Even though she has not been able to attend church very often of late, we will miss her greatly. Your family has my condolences. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
