Condolence: Dear Linda and family, Please accept my heartfelt sympathies on the passing of Curt. I just found out this morning talking to Bill Tarvin's Mom, Zelia Tarvin. Two years ago when I lost Bill to an aggressive form of ALS at the age of 64, Curt, served as pall bearer for Bill's funeral there in Melbourne, KY. I was totally shocked to learn about Curt! He was one of Bill's dearest friends, he would even stop here in Albany, NY to visit Bill when he was traveling here for work. Now he is with Bill in heaven sharing laughs over railroad stories once again. Hard to believe it's been two years all ready since Bill passed. My thoughts are with you and the family. Not sure if you remember me, we all went out to dinner some years ago when Bill and I were visiting his parents. God Bless you at this difficult time. And you are welcome to contact me at any time. Karen L Tarvin

Condolence: Curt was my best friend during an important time of my life and I'll always remember his companionship and the things we shared growing up in Camp Springs. He did things his own way, carved out an interesting life and was my fun-loving, try-anything buddy as we broke the rules and drove our cars on the back roads of Campbell County in our youthful days. When we reconnected at the Corner Bar with our old running pals several years ago,it was like we hadn't been away from each other at all. He gave me that wide smile, a bear hug and we reminisced about old times - the good with the bad. He was a loyal friend. He will be sorely missed by all.
